Soup

For the last few weeks we've been getting leeks in our vege box but the boys aren't really keen on them as a vegetable, so today I decided to try making leek & potato soup.

This is what it looked like before it had really started the cooking process. We had it for dinner & everybody liked it, the good news is there is even left overs so they have gone into the freezer for lunches for me later on.
